Conditioned Memory is an ongoing poetic reflection on dissociative dream-states that happen in the longue durée of dependence on medications that are meant to suppress brain activity across a lifetime.
In them, a person has replicated herself over and over, and has returned to herself (only sometimes knowingly) as a ghost.
In them, ‘I’ and ‘you’ become occasional, interchangeable, and there is no possibility of either of them sleeping.
